CANCELLATION POLICY

Our booking and cancellation policies have changed due to our new guidelines for cleaning and sanitation from the Ontario Government.

We require a credit card on file for booking each appointment.

If you do not show up to an appointment 50% of the service will be charged to your card on file.

Cleaning is MANDATORY between each service; we will only be allowing a 10-minute grace period for late clients as to respect the next booking and to insure there is enough time to clean.  If you are later than 10-minutes 50% of your service will be charged and we will have to rebook for a later date.

If you need to cancel your appointment due to NON-COVID reasons, please give us 24 hours’ notice otherwise we will process 50% of the service to your credit card on file. 

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 prior to your appointment please let us know ASAP, so we can rebook you.

If you contract COVID-19 after being in the salon, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We are required by law to shut down for 14 days if anyone has come in our space with the virus, and to inform any clients who had been here during that time.

We reserve the right to refuse a service if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms the day of your appointment or have falsely filled out this questionnaire.

We request that you please follow our infection control protocols during your visit with us. This will require hand hygiene, masks, etc. Please look at our website for more information on these protocols.

The health and safety of our employees and guests is our top priority. Please follow the advice of local health authorities and check government websites for directives, orders and bylaws in your community and the City of Toronto.
